sideways days

i keep finding myself at the pig lately in brigham circle! so good. we have a lot of great bars on mission hill but at the penguin i always feel like i should order food, flann’s is usually too bro-ey but can still be fun, i haven’t been to savant in months (expensive food, credit card minimum, pretention), and the mission is where i go when the pig closes around 1 (only downfall). the beer is amazing and i don’t mind that the bartenders aren’t even that nice sometimes because what do they owe me anyways? i don’t need a bartender with a fake attitude and 30 pieces of flare—just a good cold Franziskaner.
